E4Net, a 25-year-old IT company developing the blockchain-based charity platform 'CHERRY Hope Sharing Platform (hereinafter referred to as 'CHERRY')', held '2019 Blockchain It was announced on the 17th that it received a commendation from the Minister of Science and Technology Information and Communication at the opening ceremony of 'Promotion Week'.
E4Net was selected for the 2019 blockchain privately-led public project contest conducted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Internet & Security Agency, and carried out the 'decentralized charity platform' task, and the purpose of the project was 'to let the people experience blockchain technology firsthand'. It is evaluated that it has achieved the desired result as a project that is most suitable for the business that can drive the demand for block chain utilization in the industry as a whole.
On the 17th, the 2nd day of the event, Lee Sujeong, CEO of E4Net, announced the results of the blockchain public/private pilot project, saying that this year's performance of 'CHERRY' is only the first step to revitalize the domestic donation culture, which has been stagnant due to distrust of donations, and will continue to do so next year and beyond. He expressed his ambition to grow into a business that will surely succeed by developing additional functions such as tracking donation usage and linking point donations and steadily improving performance.
