DGB Daegu Bank announced on the 16th that it has signed an agreement with Cherry Co., Ltd. to establish a joint digital platform between the two companies to spread the donation culture.
Cherry Co., Ltd. has partnered with more than 390 donation organizations as of this year with transparent donations through blockchain and has various donation projects.
It is a donation platform company that allows detailed donations such as children, women, and the environment, and its membership is steadily increasing every year.
Through this agreement, we plan to establish a connection to Cherry Donation Platform through the Donation Link within DGB Daegu Bank iM Bank, and we aim to enhance the social responsibility of financial companies and spread ESG management by increasing customers' access to donations.
Donors can select groups and donation content through introductions in the app, especially the fact that they can easily check when and where their donations were executed with the app.
This is possible through micro tracking, Cherry's patented technology, and transparent donation execution can be confirmed, along with the issuance of donation receipts and tax credits.
Cherry expects that through collaboration with DGB Daegu Bank, the donation culture will spread to various fields that require donations, including vulnerable groups, to the whole nation.
The donation link connection will start operating at the end of this month, and new donation customers as well as existing iM Bank customers can easily use iM Bank and Cherry subscription procedures.
In the future, the two companies are planning various partnership services to expand their fundraising amount in the future, such as donating ATMs.
